Its BAAAACK! Three Thursdays in November! Sign up through Community Education.
Ditch the dance shoes and grab those tennies! Shake up your workout routine with a fun new heart rate raiser. Bootcamp-style strength moves combined alternating with salsa and merengue steps for cardio. Never danced before- no problem, this is perfect for beginners who want a fun night out to try something new, and leave with a full body workout, and some moves for the salsa club.
What to bring: Tennis shoes, mat, light to medium hand weights, and water. No partners needed.
